Pembroke College

When you mention Oxford there a many things that spring to mind like bikes or church spires, boat races and most certainly the colleges of Oxford University.

The city has many colleges scattered amongst its cobble streets, with academics gathering in the courtyards and parks to discuss matters of politics, literature or even the weather!

Pembroke College is one of those fine establishments.  It lays claim to having had the likes of J R R Tolkien, Sir Roger Bannister and Michael Heseltine, to name but a few, all pass through its doors.   

Past and present students are able to marry at Damon Wells Chapel at Pembroke College. Our Groom for today Paul studied here a few years back so he took advantage of this unique privilege...
